Checked in and was greeting by a very friendly and professional front desk agent. I was given a choice of room location which was appreciated. Lobby area was tastefully decorated and very clean. Stayed at this Courtyard for one evening for an early morning business meeting nearby. Reservations were made by internet and they were expecting me when I arrived. Smooth check-in. I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with this hotel, but there's not anything special about it either. Check in was fast, but the desk clerk wasn't cheerful by any means. The rollaway bed we requested was not available, and we were told that this is because we checked in so late (4:30!) and they were all in use already. The... more
