We stayed at Page Terrace April 24-27, 2009. The reveiws on Trip Advisor are correct. This place is clean, freshly painted and Christine the owner is very nice. We have been going to Treasure Island for many years and this was our first visit to Page Terrace. I would normally stay at the Bilmar next door but their prices are just silly. Our 2nd stay, & our daughter is returning in July for her 5th visit. What impressed me the most, is the positive reviews from everyone of the guests you meet. Some of their guests return for many years, with rooms difficult to get in the peak times. We met a grandmother who has visited this motel for over 50 years.... more

Great location, within walking distance of plenty of good restaurants and Publix. Directly on the beach, which was also very nice. As for the place itself, it's pretty nice but very old looking.
