We stayed for a week -- the computer was down the whole time, so no access. Was told that it would be fixed but wasn't. There was a laundry on-site (good), but the front desk had no quarters (what hotel does not have 4 quarters?). Some of the staff were great; others rude. Not up to Marriott quality or service. more
