I was attracted to this hotel by the website and its proximity to CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. It looked like an interesting boutique hotel with retro decor. In actuality, the hotel turned out to be a far cry from that. Many of the rooms share a shower. The more expensive rooms, $80, have a private bath. The rooms are very shabby and small. The king sized beds (very low quality) take up practically the entire room. I had to step up into my shower.They also stick in a large refrigerator and a microwave. It's obvious that this hotel is for people who need a place to stay long term as I overheard the much cheaper rates they offer to those clients staying for a week ($200/week). As a result, this hotel doesn't have a "vacation" ambiance but rather a skid row feel. There's rarely anyone at the desk. There was a worker always lingering in the lobby in a tank top.
