Very clean hotel, better for business or conventions than a weekend stay. Walking distance to shopping so that made the wife happy. The front desk staff was excellent but the buffet breakfast left a little to be desired.

Althought the lobby and hallways were nice and clean once we entered our suite the smell that came from the bathroom was not pleasent. The linens had holes in them and the walls really needed some paint. But the staff is excellent, sweet and kind and that really makes up for the rest. We were upset that the breakfast cost... More

Very pleased with my experience overall. The rooms were nice and clean. Bedding is awesome. Front Desk staff was on top of their game and Ryan the bartender is full of energy. Don't forget your razors or tampons. Otherwise, you may have an 80's flashback.

This is a standard (and nice) Hilton Garden Inn. Staff is friendly and professional (except for the waitress at breakfast this morning). Hotel staff very firendly and accommodating. Pool, needed to be a little cleaner (lots of leaves); rooms are nice but I prefer my pillows much harder than the ones that are provided. Hotel is close to restaurants and entertainment via the free hotel shuttle.

After two phone calls, it took 30+ minutes to be picked up at the airport, which is almost a mile away. A traffic agent at the airport said she'd heard this hotel had some issues in this regard. Hotel shuttle is also shared with the Hampton Inn next door.

Great value over all. Clean, spacious rooms. It served our purposes, as we are a large family only there for one night for Sunfest. We have a large family and would've preferred if there had been continental breakfast included (breakfast was $10.95)- many other restaurants in the area offer included continental breakfast. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is WIFI in the lobby that works great. The hotel is very modern and is very relaxing. I will definitely be back with my girlfriends to hang out at the pool. Great Pool!
