I travel frequently on business, but this was a leisure trip (family lives nearby). I haven't stayed at this hotel for many years (it was a bit shabby for a while), and was quite impressed with the recent renovations. Everything from the lobby, restaurants, pool area, and the rooms are sparkling clean and extremely attractive. But it was when something... more

I was at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure while my mom had surgery nearby in Weston, and I had the best experience when I really needed it. The property is pretty (yeah, going to the rooms scattered in the building is a little strange, but the rooms are very nice and all the bathrooms redone in marble, lots of beautiful landscaping... more

I stayed here because I got a great deal through Priceline. The public spaces in the main lobby area are very nice and the staff is generally quite pleasant and helpful. My room had definitely been updated recently and had all of the amenities that you would expect from the better Hyatt hotels. If there is any issue it would... more

The hotel is awesome and the staff is very attentive. Irelands(the stseakhouse) is as good as any anywhere in the country. The grounds were clean and the Red Door spa was incredible. What an incredible value for a biz trip...will definitely take my family back there for the hot rocks at Red Door and on the rocks at Irelands! more

The hotel is clean, a little outdated but still satisfactory accommodations. The foreign staff is friendly. But my warning is to stay away from the two women connoisseurs. They are rude and send you to the wrong restaurants especially an italian Tarantella(rating was bad to o.k.). This was not just my experience but when i talked to other people around the... more

Arrived at check-in to be greeted by a very disinterested receptionist - was not impressed with her manner at all. Got to room which overlooked pool and full of teenagers. Discovered that there was a function on at the pool that evening so asked to be moved to quieter room. Moved to next building only to have to suffer teenagers... more

This is a wonderful hotel located 18 miles west of Ft. Lauderdale Airport. It has a great conference center and a fantastic spa. The rooms are nice and the swimming pool is large with a waterfall over it. It would have been a perfect stay except for the service staff. When I was checking in the women in front of... more

OK, we booked on Priceline, so we got a great deal on the rate. We drove a rental from the Ft. Lauderdale airport, arrived about midnight, and checked in. Unfortunately, the room (in building 4, top floor next to the pool) had something sticky all over the beautiful tiled entry floor, and was missing the TV remote (the horror!!) so... more

The spacious room was very nice and we liked the quiet location as it was just an overnight-stop on out trip. We didn;t travel with a laptop and asked if there was a computer for use of the internet. Indeed there was one in the lobby - but they charge 7$ for 15 minutes, that is ridiculous. There was also... more

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt the night before and night after our Celebrity cruise. The hotel was wonderful. We would stay here again. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities on site were exceptional. We had dinner at the Banyan Restaurant. The service was top notch - as well as the food. The... more
