“Nice sunset over Lake Spring but .....”

Arrived here tired after a long drive - owner and price seemed reasonable - however would not return. Rooms in need of serious refurbishment - and more thorough cleaning. Plumbing somewhat rudimentary and no hairdryer. Strangest finding was some sort of bird dropping on the bed cover......

My granddaughter and I werein Winter Haven for our vacation last year and when we go back this year Banyon Beach is tho place we will saty. The mamagement was wonderful and the rooms clean.
