We were two middle-aged women staying at the hotel. while visiting relatives in the Winter Park area of Orlando We found the hotel more than acceptable for the price. It was very basic --sheets clean but not high quality; towels clean but smaller bath towels than you'd find in a classy hotel; free breakfast ok but not much choice, etc.... more

Hotel was adequate except that the last 2 days they had no toilet paper and substituted Kleenex. I could see no good reason to be out of toilet paper and not purchase more locally if you were waiting for an order to come in. This hotel has a lot of potential. Physical plant is pleasant enough. Unfortunately, the staff was completely indifferent. Customer service is not a priority. The bathroom wasn't clean - apparently not even a cursory wipe was made before or during our stay. Skimpy with towels.
