Upon our arrival, I noticed the lobby was cleaned and well-decorated. We were greeted quickly and checked-in. We were told about the amenities and shown the gym, laundry facility and the cupboard room. We were encouraged to call the lobby with any questions or concerns. The elevator was around the corner. It was very clean and easy to operate. The hallway was well-lighted, clean and quiet. All the rooms were numbered and easy to find. Our room was very clean and spacious. My wife, who is a critic of hotel beds, was very complimentary of softness of the bed. For me, the wall-mounted flat screen TV with multiple channels, including ESPN, was the best part of the room. The room also had a kitchen with marble countertops, regular size refrigerator, stove, and mounted microwave. The floor was hardwood and carpeted.
