Where do I begin? I booked through hotels.com after users gave this place a neutral rating. Check in time was at 1:00, I had to be at a wedding (that I was in) on Jekyll Is. By 3:00. I walk in to check in and the place stinks of cigarette smoke....it's 1:15 and the continental breakfast is all still out.... more

Bathroom ceiling had a hole in it that dropped metal pieces into the tub. Person in charge of free breakfast was very rude to everyone who came to get coffee and sweets. Breakfast area had fewer than 4 tables which was not adequate for the number of people using the hotel. more
