I booked a room at the Red Carpet Inn of Cartersville, and was very pleased with the motel and friendliness of the staff. My room, 141 was very nice and clean and a good value for the money. The bed was alright, a bit firm. Everything in the room was in working order, including the Air Conditioning--a true necessity on a warm summer day in Georgia! The only problem I had was with the TV which seemed to be a bit old. When ever I turned it on, the volume reset to the highest and there was no remote (there are remote controls at the adjacent Budget Host Inn, which is run by the same manager as the Red Carpet Inn).

Overall I believe that the friendliness of the staff makes all the difference in a motel thus I give this motel an above average rating. I would be delighted to stay with them again!
