I really loved this place. It was so quite. No one was there. The balcony is huge and over looks the mountains. We slept with our balcony door open with the screen and never heard a word. The bathroom is kind of small but really nice. The room also has a fridge. Which I love. the golf course is nice.... more

The Inn was great! The pool was great, the food was great, the scenery was great, and it is close to attractions. My son went to the trout farm. We all went to Tallulah Falls and the Gorge, and other falls close by. more

This place is like (and this is not a good analogy) McDonalds in a good way! It's the same every time I go there. The golf course is always immaculate, The restaurant is always first class. Food and service. The rooms are more than adequate. The nine hour drive from Ocala seems short when I take a left at Kingwood.... more

Don't kid yourself... this place is a motel. You check in to your room in the golf shop, and there are no king beds to be had. The rooms are motel rooms, nothing more than you'll find at a Red Roof Inn. The restaurant was deserted, and the indoor pool might as well have been outside with the water temperature... more

Recently I attended a business function at Kingwood Resort. I must say this was a pleasant surprise for our group – a new find.
