I'll keep this short and sweet-we reserved it on a Friday, checked in with no problems on Saturday...pretty much left alone (which is a good thing in my opinion), the room was just like the website showed. Nice and homelike....We stayed up in the Nest, the jacuzzi was great! It did say that the room was the only one up... more

I made reservations for the premier room at the Gates House over a month in advance. Upon arrival, a very nice young woman (whose name I will not publish here) showed us to our room. Just one problem, it wasn't the room I reserved. Apparently Mr. and Mrs. Gates were having repairs done (or something) at their private residence nearby... more

Beautiful small b&b on a cobblestone, tree-lined, quet street right in downtown Columbus, near the river. Rooms are beautifully appointed, bathrooms are spacious, and common areas are welcoming. Breakfast was lots of fun with the cheerful cooks. It reminded us of a Hawaiian colonial house, right down to the bouganvillas. more
