It’s in the middle of a remodel. Just close until it’s completed. Check in was a breeze, but over you turn the corner and see all the workers, don’t plan on getting any day rest. During our stay there is definitely a lot of painting and hammering going on. The only problem I had with the paint was my son having asthma and the ventilation was non. The next issue. We did have the suite, and it’s definitely dark in there, I suggest a small lamp on the desk area. I had to go out and purchase one so it would be so dark in there. The microwave/fridge area we did encounter ants while we were there, they did send Terry up to spray, and I will just say that. Breakfast is just that. Nothing fancy. Very prepackaged feeling.

My company booked me in another hotel, but they had some storm damage, so they gave me the option of going to the Inn@Green Street. My room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. All the rooms here are suites. The location is conveniently located off I-20 at the Conyers exit. There is a Cracker Barrel & a Bruster's Ice Cream close by. I want to give a salute to the lovely young lady, Miss Lanora, who checked me in. She was very polite, professional, and very helpful. I wish all desk clerks were as pleasant as Lanora! This hotel will soon be a Marriott property & is currently in the transition phase. If you're passing through Conyers, and need a restful stay, give this place a try.

I stayed here last week and will not return. Place was cute enough but the customer service, manager and employees couldn’t care less that I am handicapped. No one could find the only luggage cart so I had to remove my stuff using 3 trips from the 4th floor. No offer to help me even thought 2 men and 2 women watched me. breakfast food rated a ZERO other than 4 apples nothing was healthy. DEFINITELY not a Marriott property. Ciao

First of all we booked a 3 night stay and I requested a handicapped accessibility room with 3 adults. Me, my husband and nephew. I get in the room and the bed is entirely too high. There were no phones in the room. No soap. No bedding for the pull out sofa. Not enough towels. So I called from my cell phone to the front desk. It was suggested that I sleep on the pull out sofa. Not an option because for me and my husband. So we were offered a room with double beds for the night. But even those beds were to high for me to get on because I struggle with stage 4 osteoarthritis. So we did not change rooms. I was offered to change rooms the next day. So after a lot of configurations I figured how I could get on and off the bed using the bench in the room. So I decided not to switch rooms. Was offered a 10% discount off of my rate of $200 for that night, which I didn't receive. Advertise 24hr pantry. Does not exist. There are no drink or snack machines available. Was suggested to drive up to the store accross the highway. Also there is not an outlet beside the bed. There was only one outlet in the desk beside the TV. Second night. As I was talking on the phone eating food we had just ordered look down and black ants are all over my drink and night stand. Front desk offered to bring bug spray after 30 min never showed. Called back down that 2nd shift person had left for the night. 3rd shift person brought spray. So disappointed in Marriott brand. I have been elite member over 10 years. I only stay at Marriot brand. Never in my life have I experienced such poor quality with this brand. Did not stay the 3rd night. Enough was enough.…

This hotel was really nice. Everything was clean with lots of space in the room. It was easy to get to with lots of free parking. And, the breakfast was exceptional for a free breakfast. It was within an easy drive to restaurants in the area. I'd definitely go again.

I stay at alot of Best Westerns when I travel and this one was under par in my estimation esp for being listed as a 'Premier'. Tub stopper none existent, bulbs out in bathroom, no soap left as well as other items of this nature, soda bottle from previous quest left in living room suite area, no channel listing and you do not have room service if under a 5 day stay. This means ever morning you have to get your own towels, etc, from the front desk and leave your old ones in the hall each morning. Had I know that I would not have booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Fell way below my expectations for a Best Western and esp a 'Premier'. Breakfast had same items every morning and did not take fresh on some days. Coffee cup lids did not match coffee cups therefore you were going to spill it if removed from the area. Just did not feel it was up to the standards we have enjoyed from other BW's over the years.…

The front desk agent with the sideburns (3rd shift) almost ruined our family trip upon arrival. We drove half the day to make it to this location. We booked weeks in advance. We called to announce we would arrive in the early am hours. When we arrived she told us we had no room and it was cancelled. Even tried to make us pay again. We eventually got our room but you could tell that it was a well used room prior to our arrival. Hair was all over the bed, towels were used in the bathroom, the tub was filthy, the pullout didn’t pull out, the door didn’t lock, and the room was extremely tiny. (See attached photos). We immediately asked to be moved. The room was a little better and bigger but the microwave didn’t work, we had to thaw the refrigerator because it was frozen and wasn’t getting cold, the curtains were ripped, and housekeeping wouldn’t replace our towels. We had to purchase our own for a family of 5 for the week we were there. Also, I hope the owner reads this because in my personal opinion all the small things can be over looked but the girl with the sideburns, she needs to be looking for work elsewhere. She kept mumbling that my spouse and I had ‘the wrong one’. She surely didn’t want to be there. She is a bad look for business and I highly recommend that anyone looking to stay here beware of this little girl. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Thank you to all the front desk staff except the girl with the side burns. You did a wonder job. Housekeeping needs a little work. O, breakfast sucked. Yuck. Go ahead and skip it. It’s not worth it.…

First let me say that they cancelled my reservation before I even made it. When I got there they stated that they tried to charge my card and it declined. Complete lie because we all know you bring your card and ID at check in when you rent a room. Then they put me and my guests in a room that clearly was not ready. No washcloths/towels for all of us. Toilet clogg and weed smoking through the entire hotel. Front staff did not seem to care that they canceled my room or that the accommodations were less than mediocre for me and my guests. We were on a time limit so we had no othe choice but to take the room we were given. When I reported the toilet clogg for Maintenance staff, she dropped off a plunger. I requested washcloths and towels and had to go down and get them the next morning because no one would bring any. Phone did not work. Breakfast was a joke and cold as well. How you serve cereal with no milk? Food that's luke warm? No juice? And the staff could care less. Only the front desk receptionist that morning helped us. That night crew did not give a care! Would not stay here again…

Your morning staff is so rude. She knocked on my door early morning trying to charge me for a room that I’ve already paid for…I came down To the desk she didn’t acknowledge me, she had no personality. My wife was like what’s going on because she thought I was just waiting but the little interaction had already taken place. This was very disappointing. This is our favorite hotel in the area and you killed it for me trying to charge me again for a room already paid for

This hotel felt very overpriced for the value received. Overall appearance is nice and the decor of the room looks good however lots of small issues. Noticed a roach in the hallway upon walking to my room (see attached picture), upon entering the room noticed the door lock was extremely loose with screws not even in all the way and looked like it had been forced open prior (see attached picture). The internet was very slow but usable and the desk chair was very uncomfortable, couldn't adjust the armrests and even in a locked position it would lean back so much that it provided not back support. A/C worked well but the curtains are floor length so when closed would block off the air flow unless your roll/fold up the bottoms every time. Breakfast did not start until 7am on the weekend so did not get to try it unfortunately. There were a lot of good restaurants closeby though so there is that.…
