This motel is an older unit that has begun a remodel (the landscape overhaul was in progress during our stay). The rooms were very c lean with new beds and bedding, and the outdoor swimming pool was well maintained. I will say that I enjoyed my stay at America's Best Value Inn. It is a well run and very clean location.There were however a few drawbacks. They advertise that HBO is provided.
