The hotel looked like it was undergoing renonvations. The bottom panel above the carpet was gone so it made the hallways look rundown and trashy. We were treated like family by the very friendly staff our entire stay. The check in clerk, the breakfast server and the check out clerk were all outstanding. Obviously, the hotel is well managed and customer service is important.

This hotel is located in a very quiet location ... convenient enough off the highway, but secluded to where you don't hear any traffic noise. friendly staff, clean rooms. Stayed there as i had business in Ethicon cornelia, it's just next door. other than that, there isn't much life in that area. the hotel breakfast was fine. the fitness room had only a treadmill and a bike.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again in the future! Cornelia is a quiet small town with a lots of things to do in the area. I come here on business and often wish I had more time to explore.

Free wifi, free breakfast, and free coffee in the evening. Very nice staff. This a great location to get to Helen, Unicoi, Commerce and Tocoaa. The rooms are very nice and include a fridge and microwave.
