Was checked in in about 5 minutes. Receptionist was very pleasant and informal as I recall. This don't sound important to most, but that voice ( or pleasantry) was the first human I heard for 8 hours before and again for 5 more hours after my departure. Maybe your staff should tutor some truck stops that aren't so pleasant.

Three people, two towels; three people , two washrags. Thugs outside room rowdy, no privacy here. Trip was to visit a dying family member who passed away while there.This hassle about our motel stay was unneccesary and not needed at a time like this.1st & last stay.
