I want to spend a little time here informing others of what they may experience at a Masters Inn Hotel. My wife and I had decided to take a three night weekend getaway to Savannah, Georgia in May of 2009. While we were looking for reasonable accommodations in the Savannah, Georgia area, we came across Masters Inn Hotel in Garden... more

I recently took my Girl Scout Troop to this hotel, which is very conveniently located just outside Savannah. The staff was very good on check in, but did not let us know that one of the Daisy Low suite rooms had no A/C. There were 2 double beds in there, we had 3 moms to sleep in there and it... more

Our Girl Scout troop from Dallas, GA stayed in the Girl Scout Suite Feb 15-17 2008. This is an economy hotel, old and in need of some renovation which according to the manager is coming. I came expecting the worse from reading previous reviews and was VERY HAPPY with the Girl Scout Suite. The area is more industrial than pretty... more

Sticky carpet walls floors. Cleaning staff needs to be fired. Toothpaste spit on mirrors, sink. Toilet brown stains, obviously never cleaned. Maid had nerve to leave note blessing us and asking for her tip to be left at the desk. Scary people staggering in parking lot. Rude staff at arrival at 10pm. No idea what was for breakfast, or when... more

Our experience was not good. How dare the Birthplace include this in the Savannah bound book and recommend it for young kids. Someone is definitely getting a kickback. Every time we mentioned to a museum and tour guide where we where staying they where in shock! They always said the place was frequented by Prostitutes and Drug Dealers. I would... more

Three of my teammmates and I booked this hotel for a stopover on our way back from soccer camp in south FL. This place looked pretty shady when we first pulled in, but we had four guys, so we really weren't too worried. We went to check in and there were a bunch of freaks outside drunk and acting stupid.... more

I did not spend the night at this hotel. The neighborhood was a little rough looking but quiet. This hotel seemed like a popular spots for truckers. However once we entered the room we found it had not been clean and recenlty used. As if the hotel had forgotten they had rented out the room for an hour for some... more

Stayed for a week in the Daisy Low suite with a Girl Scout troop. The location was very convenient to everything. A CVS and grocery store right next to the hotel and plenty of banks, restaurants, etc. minutes away. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and although the suite seemed a little outdated everything was clean. The only... more

I wish we had read the reviews prior to making our reservation. We had four rooms, and 10 elementary aged girls. Questionable characters? Yes Green slimy pool? Yes I asked for more towels -- we needed at least 5 more sets -- the desk clerk gave me "all she had" which was 3. No soap. Broken towel racks, sink faucets,... more

Our Girl Scout troop from Charlotte stayed in the Girl Scout Suite the 1st weekend of May 2007. Overall, we have no complaints. The place is very old and the area in which it is located does not give you a great sense of security. We had no issues and did not see any issues, but alot of questionable characters... more
