A nice, cozy place to stay at in Helen..Rates are low and everything is within walking distance. We had a short walk to the Festival Hall and enjoyed wonderful waltz and polka music...even the Chicken song! Will stay here for all future visits to Helen.

I didn't have problems with anyone being rude. The rooms were decorated as if at Grandma's house. Flower everything, but nothing matches. Out-dated furniture, missing knobs, etc. Coffee, pastries and fruit for breakfast. The tubs/showers were dirty, the hardware was old and cracked.
