The value was great, and the rooms were very clean. It is a high volume area for tourists, and although this hotel does not have the extra "perks" higher end hotels have, they certainly make up for by their friendly service, clean rooms. We decided at the last minute to go to Helen with our 2 teenagers. We don't worry alot about the rooms since we don't plan on spending a lot of time in them but do expect a few minor conveniences. The bathroom door wouldn't close because they have apparently replaced the toilets with longer oval toilets that prohibit the door... more

Easy walk to town. Clean but dated. The pool filter was not working and the water was cloudy. A burned out bulb was promptly replaced. The bed was very comfortable. Free parking. This is a very nice little hotel in Helen, the staff are very nice and friendly...it isn't a luxury hotel, but is is a good, clean place to stay on a weekend trip. more
