My adult daughter and I were in ATL for the weekend. We stayed in another hotel on our first night and was very disappointed. We checked out of that hotel the next day and needed to find another one. Found this red roof inn after having a flat tire late at night. Staff was very accomodating, Room and bath were clean, bed comfortable, safe location. Across the street from 24 hour Walmart, Publix nearby, Ruby Tuesday's, Taco Bell..... All of area appeared new. Easy commute to downtown. more
I came to visit a friend and this was the only hotel in the area with an affordable price per night. I feared that I would get some rinky dink room, but I didnt! The room was very nice and I was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I flew in early and the guest attendant got to me... more
front desk staff was pleasant and help full and the room was clean with new bedding. I like the fact that all the rooms on the inside and hotel was very quite.I really enjoy my stay and would stay there again.It was great value for the money i paid!!!!!!!!! more

We stayed two nights in this hotel reservations booked by my son.(dates-- 12/31/05 and 1/1/06. The room smelled of urine,the carpet was dirty, there were no tissues in the tissue box, we had to turn the television up to a loud volumn in order not to have to deal with the scraching sounds . Sorry you had very bad experience in the past at this location, however there have been some major improvements. Such as, new ownership as of February 2007. There have also been some changes to the rooms. For example, new carpet and tile, new television, bedding, and microwaves and fridges in every room.
