I'm several months past due for reviewing this hotel, but I've stayed at it twice in the last 2 years (around when it was first built, or it least it looked brand new then, and still is very new-ish looking). America's Best Value Inn's, still being a new brand, are all still pretty clean and a good best bet for a budget traveler who likes a little new and clean for the same price. The owner/manager makes sure it stays that way. He showed us a few rooms with pride in his place, and I personally saw another clerk/staff member politely but firmly catching a group of partyers trying to slip in (about 10 people trying to slip in in small groups with cases of beer under their arms, saying they were just there to "visit" a friend). Without that, I would have undoubtedly been awakened to the party noise later that night. This will keep this hotel clean, quiet, well-maintained for years, without becoming a party central kind of place. Near 6 Flags, but it's in a neighborhood that is... more
