Our room and bathroom were very clean, a big plusfor me. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast wasn't that good and they need to move the outdoor smoking area away to another location. When you exit the end door it smells like an ashtray.

Forced to stay here and was a uncomfortable night. Walls paper thin and breakfast at your own risk. Forgot an time in room and it took staff 3 weeks to return it (and only then in a COD package) after 4 calls.

There were no other rooms available in Newnan and know I know why. More expensive than either the Springhill (next door) or the Hampton (across the street). A real pleasant surprise. One night stay on our way home from Atlanta, as we didn't want to fight the morning traffic going home. A good decision. This is the 2nd time this year I have stayed at this motel and both times have found everything clean, beds comfortable and the staff very courteous. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

We've stayed here twice while visiting family. Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. Staff is always friendly. Great location to Walmart and restaurants. I do Warn you to be careful with the breakfast. The waffle mix isn't kept cool so if you go late to eat then the mix is soured.
