Appearances are definitely deceiving. From the moment we checked in, we knew our stay was not going to be pleasant. Even though we had reservations, they did not provide us with the accommodations we requested. We were moved to three different rooms...no air conditioning in the first, extremely dirty in the second, and no hot water in the third. There were many guests which spent most of their time in the causeways using extreme profanity and smoking things other than cigarettes. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with family or even a single person. It was very nasty and should be condemned.
