We stayed at the St Simons Holiday Inn Express on Memorial Day weekend. We were in town for a wedding. Our room was exceedingly clean, the bed was fine. We had a second story room at the end of the hall (no elevator, if thats an issue for you). My only complaint was that I could hear every door slam.... more

I just spent 2 nights at this property. It is a small 2 story hotel with interior corridors (no elevator), very clean, very comfortable beds. The best thing is that there was almost no outside noise. The night that we stayed there we got in around 12:30am and found our room to be covered in bugs!!! The bathroom floor was literally covered. All of our stuff (toiletries, luggage, clothes) was also covered in bugs. It was sooooo disgusting. I immediately went to the front desk and told the man working. He wasn't sure what to do... more

How can a Holiday Inn Express not have an elevator? The walls are paper thin, we can hear every person in other rooms talking, Very clean but who can sleep when you can listen to the people next door breathe. Very dissapointed, will not stay again. more

very nice hotel , friendly staff and very clean rooms and conditions. the pool is also a nice size, the hotel rents bikes which is a must on the island about a 2 mile ride to the beach, very good bike paths on the island. more

This hotel was nice until the last night we were there; I went to get something from my bag and found it missing. The hotel staff said there was nothing they could do until they talked to the housekeeper who cleaned my room.
