We had a great time over the Labor Day weekend. The view of the marsh from our room was fantastic. We found out that Sidney Lanier wrote "The Marshes of Glynn" about these marshes. Loved the little restaurant. We had a very relaxing and peaceful visit. Everything was great! more

My sister stayed here 2 nights and were totally delighted with our stay. We had great service and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We both had marsh views which were wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again! more

Resort was sold out so I stayed at their Inn, which was great My room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The am staff was exceptional, Shirley. I would recomend to all, and defintely return. more

I have to stay here once every two years. The hotel and conference facilities are truly first class. However, if you are thinking "beach" because St. Simons is an island...forget it. Beds were so hard we were unable to sleep. The resort apparently takes better care of the golf course than they do their rooms. Their office staff has an unbelievable disrespectful attitude to their customers. Rooms have cockroaches. Carpet is disguisting. Rooms also smell awful. Porch full of ants when we arrived. The Sea Palms is a mixture of homes, condos, and hotel rooms. I was in a hotel room overlooking the marsh which was well enough from the sitting room with a good couch, mini fridge, sink. Disappointed in Quality of Service : Maid Service was inadequate, did not clean bathroom or sink area where coffee pot was. Coffee pot left dirty as well as counters. Booked thru Expedia instead of direct & got exactly what we requested - screened porch overlooking golf course. The grounds are nice.
