Very friendly staff. Lobby is nice. Room is shabby, looks like it hasn't been upgraded in awhile. Air conditioner unit was completely shattered, heat worked, but air only worked on high. Shower did not work well, leaked and no water pressure. We were there for 5 days for a conference, did not receive clean towels for 2 of those days.

The staff there is very nice and has a caring attitude. Its obvious that their management instructs good customer service. Had apples to take at the desk which was nice. 15 minutes or less from six flags. Has indoor pool. Rooms was clean. Plan on staying there again.
