This was absolutely the loveliest Best Western I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in several. The main building was styled like an antebellum home with large front porch and columns. We had no complaints about this place for a one night stay but don't be fooled into thinking that you are going to be staying in a columned Southern mansion--this is a clean, well-maintained, older, standard motel with some columns stuck on at the front and rocking chairs strewn about for good measure. Rooms ok. Restaurant terrible. Restaurant staff worse. We ordered prime rib. It was not cooked to order, sent it back, it was overcooked. Hostess was very un-concerned. We asked to speak to the owner/manager. She was so rude and full of excusses it was unbelievable. I will not be back. more
