We took a family trip to Stone Mountain and booked six rooms at this hotel. I had done some research and was quite concerned because of a bad review I had read about the hotel, as well as the 1-Star rating. I am so glad we decided to stay there anyway. The rooms were clean, as well as the towels and linen. It is an older building but the rooms had been painted and decorated; the bathrooms updated. They have refrigerators, microwaves and blow dryers in each room. We had one room the A/C went out in and the staff moved them into another room within minutes. They were extremely friendly and helpful. It was the best value for our money. We had easy access to shopping and fast food (less than 1mile) and a pretty straight shot to Stone Mountain Park. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonable place to stay I would highly recommend this one.
