They left me out in the rain. There employee stated to me the wrong information and the employee that was working was not welling to work with me. My family and I ended up staying in Motel 6. Motel 6 was welling to put my family and myself into a room without a hassle with in 45 miniutes and the Lodge was staying around 3:00 and it was 8:45A.M. I always not the customer was right and at this time I customer was right. But not by there policy nor producure. more
