checked in and the non smoking room reeked of smoke, called the desk and was told "ill make a note of it" asked for a 720 am wake up call..didnt get it!! called toe desk asked what happened "we called you at 730, and 745 anf you didnt pick up" i asked them to call me back..guess what..the phone didnt...
