We felt like we were a million miles from our troubles but traveled less then 30 miles. Had a great stay, nice rooms, nice view....exceptional food!! A good soak in the Jacuzzi and a nice wine with appetizers was just the ticket. Thanks Cj!! more
We concur with "suitcase-in-hand", place was very clean with warm hostess. We had a marvelous stay for our 23rd anniversary. Wonderful wine & appetizers and delightful conversation. However I disagree with the distance to encounter good food. Cj sent us to a fabulous restaurant in Caldwell ( about a 12 minute drive ), called in our reservations and got us... more
My wife and I stayed here for one night in June 2006. We stayed in the Victorian room which was clean and nicely decorated, and had a 2 person Jacuzzi tub which was very relaxing after a long drive. CJ, the innkeeper is a very friendly person and didn't mind that we sat at the kitchen island talking to her... more
