STAY AWAY FROM THIS NUTHOUSE!!

This was the most disgusting motel experience EVER. From the time we walked up to the front desk and saw the drunk clerk with lipstick smeared all over her face we figured we'd made a mistake. I didn't realize how much of a mistake! We got to our room (shack would be more appropriate) and were afraid to even take our shoes off the place was so filthy. The carpet literally crunched when we walked across it. The bathroom had exposed, leaking plumbing in the ceiling and a shower that hadn't been cleaned since Nixon was in office. It also had a major crack down the side. The lights in the room were barely adequate to see. The front door was just a slight wind break - there was an inch wide gap on the bottom, which would explain why there were so many bugs in the room. Being the middle of summer we cranked up the extremely small window ac unit. It proceeded to ice over in about two hours and quit working. The rooms itself was bad enough but the nosy... more
