The hotel is very close to the vaporetto/boat station and there are few nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was OK for us altough the breakfasr room was not very classy having windows which needed a washing Strange in warm Italy most of the flowers were from plastic. But we are satisfied with the quality/price. For Venice it was a good deal.
