We went to ski at Schweitzer ski area and had a great time. The resort is about 18 miles south and east of Sandpoint so it added a bit more driving to get to the mountain each day but it still wasn't bad. You can get discounted lift tickets in the office that are good for any day so if... more
Only large rocks on the beach. Cramped parking. Fair sized swimming pool. We were there in the off season and most of the machines in the exercise room were being used by resort employees. The area needs trails near the resort and some sand on the beaches. more
