South Fork Inn in Idaho Falls is for the budget minded travelers. The hotel reminded me of Microtel Inn so they probably took over the property. It was a little tricky getting there as you had to pass all the other hotels & go under a bridge before coming across the hotel. The rooms were cheap but clean & quiet. We had a hole in the wall next to one of the outlet but someone stuffed toilet paper into the hole so you couldn't stick your fingers in there. Other than that the hotel seemed to be in general good repair. They had danishes, toast, cereal & mini bagels, coffee, milk, juice for the Continental breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. If you aren't picky about where you stay for the night because you are out & about more than staying in your room then this is a good place to stay. They do not have elevators so make sure you request downstairs if you can't climb stairs. more
