The Sawtooth is a great space - I've been there both before it burned and after. Let me say that the renovations are fantastic and unless you knew that it was affected by fire you would never know! On most trips to Ketchum my girlfriends and I usually opt for appetizers in the bar which are amazing.. but this trip we opted to eat upstairs and have dinner and we were not disappointed. I had the pork tenderloin that was fabulous grilled over mesquite wood and served with nice hot garlic mashed potatos and seasonal vegetables. The wait staff is very courteous and are always there when you need them. The atmosphere is relaxed and you are never rushed. A great place to grab a drink or have a nice dinner. I will definately be back! more
