I found the club to be a great venue. It has outstanding views. The food was great .The service was okay. I was well informed of the rooms on the first floor and there lack of a/c.I read some of the other reviews,and foud it hard to believe that the other guest were not informed of this.But the room on... more

It is very difficult to beat the beauty of McCall, Idaho and the gorgeous setting of the Whitetail Club. Having said that, the customer service of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. As a very frequent traveler, I rely heavily on Tripadvisor. However, I have learned that people expect different things from their vacations. And, depending on the purpose of my trip, so do I. One of the most fabulous places we have ever stayed! An absolutely beautiful mountain lodge. We were there last November and we felt like we had our own mountain mansion! I believe there were only 2 other guest rooms occupied. Our family had 2 suites that could be closed off together. The suites are gorgeous and well worth the price.... more
