Definitely good value. Friendly front desk staff. Exceptional breakfast--homemade blueberry pancakes, homemade biscuits & gravy, & lots more! We requested a room with a single bed. Obviously, one bed had simply been removed from the room?? But the room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. more

On our return trip, we were drawn again to the quiet charm of Montpelier, and decided to stay across the street from the Super 8 (see other review), just for variety. Once a Best Western, it has been renovated nicely. Helpful and friendly staff, and clean, spacious rooms make it another good value in Montpelier. more

Super 8 was sold... more

Arrived late in the afternoon and unfortunately was given a room with an inefficient AC unit. They were very accomodating in getting us into a different room with an AC that could freeze halibut.... more

There are a lot of inexpensive hotels in Montpilier, ID. We pretty my chose this one randomly. The room was spacious. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. We also used their hot tub and ice machine. more

This hotel is not so great, but apparently it's the best one in town. Our room was clean and decently maintained, though it seemed rather old. We had trouble with the air conditioning, which could be turned on and off but could not be adjusted, since the dial had fallen off. From the window we had a view of an... more

We are new owners of this hotel as of November 2007. We have become independent and are no longer a Best Western. We are in full swing upgrading rooms and have had many great guest comments. We want travelers to know that we have increased our standards for cleanliness, improved the overall exterior and interior of the rooms. I hope...
