Wow! Cindy Sullivan and staff treated my family like family. We were coming back from Provo, Utah after taking our oldest son to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Mission Training Center. We were tired from driving through all kinds of bad weather, and somewhat missing our son. My husband was worried that we didn't have a reservation,... more

I considered both Nampa Shilo Inns but failed to read the reviews before booking. I went for the lower price since we were only staying two nights. I asked for a first floor room because I didn't want to take luggage upstairs and wanted to be near the pool (knowing my youngest daughter would want to go swimming). Live and... more

The Nampa Shilo we stayed at is an older property (there is two in Nampa). It was very clean, quiet and the staff iwas courteous. The inside sauna and jacuzzi are well kept; they have only an outside pool. The complimentary breakfast is at the restaurant next door. Everyone was very friendly. I'm a huge fan of the Shilo's and... more

I booked a non-smoking room, but when I arrived I was told only smoking rooms were available. My room reeked. I could hear the highway, which is only about 75 yards away, the furnishings were beyond tired, the lighting was dim, and the chairs were stained. I don't even want to think about the sanitary condition of the bedspreads. The... more

We stayed for 3 nights while we looked at the college in town. This hotel could use some updating for sure, but for the money it wasn't bad. Our room was spotless. Old but spotless. Hats off to the cleaning staff at this hotel! One of our bedspreads had some burn holes in it, which was kind of cheezy. They... more

Rather dark and dour atmosphere. The pool area was the worst with dirty tiles and 5 discarded plasters stuck to the ground. Room was quite well equipped, but some damage to hand basin and shower nozzle did not work properly. Got into town rather late and did not find a better alternative. WIFI would not connect. more

I first phoned for reservations on May 16. My niece had reserved a block of rooms for family coming to the area for a graduation on May. 25. I called at 3:30ish PST. I talked to a young man who found no record of a reserved block of rooms. He transfered me to the Shilo Suites thinking that might be... more

This Shilo Inn is an older property of three floors without an elevator (although the main level is the second floor, so you only need to climb one flight to go up or down.) Our first impression was of a stained carpet that led to the dark hallway on the first floor. Our room provided a slightly better first impression,... more

We were visiting relatives in Nampa, ID and needed a place to stay. We found the Shilo Inns Nampa Blvd. It was a nice hotel for the price. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and were very pleased to know a hot breakfast was included with our stay. more
