Management of this hotel is VERY angry and unprofessional. My wife and I went there for a two night stay, and were awakened after being asleep for two hours by a manager and SIX Twin Falls police officers. The manager claimed that there were "numerous" complaints of a "marijuana" smell coming from our room . After searching us and our... more

The location is very convenient, one block away from Costco, Target, half mile from the snake river cannyon. Room is clean and confortable. Staffs are very helpful and nice. I had a late flight and asked for the favor to extend the checkout time, it was granted! Thank you very much for making my trip a pleasant one! more

When we checked in I asked how old the hotel was, got an answer of 5 years with expectation of remodeling in another year. Not the best Hampton I've stayed in, somewhat dated furnishings, same comfortable bed, blah... generic Hampton in Twin. Not bad...I've stayed in worse Hamptons for sure. It 'll make do for a last minute trip to... more

If you have stayed in a hampton inn before, you will find no surprises when you walk into this one. Pretty much exactly like every hampton you have ever been in, clean, comfortable, all of your basic needs are covered. The stand out here is the staff, very helpful, all seem happy to be doing their job and happy to... more

We stayed here twice in a few weeks. Each time was great from beginning to end. My favorite bits: 1. Excellent location. Across the street from Costco (relatively inexpensive gas) and next to Target. A short walk to the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. 2. Complimentary freshly baked cookies & ice cold 2% milk ~8 pm. Other... more

This Hampton Inn is in a great location near shopping and restaurants. It is across the street from the Costco fuel station. The staff was very friendly. The room did not smell as clean as it appeared and the chair was extremely worn and needed to be replaced. more

I am a Hilton Honors member, and always chose Hampton Inns when I need a 3 star. I just spent a week in Twin Falls at the Hampton. The room was vintage Hampton, which I consider very good for the price. My eternal pet peeves with this chain is the lack of a clothes line in the shower, and no... more

This newer hotel in Twin Falls is excellent for business travel. I recently stayed with my staff for two weeks. Every room has a mini-fridge and microwave; great for extended travel. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is good. Cookies at 8pm in the evening. Pool and hot tub; ice and vending machines. Across the street from a convenience... more

I have now stayed at the Twin Falls Hampton Inn for a total of 4 weeks, with some of that time dating back to 2005. I really have enjoyed staying at the hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the morning continental breakfast is more than adequate. They have wireless Internet available for... more

I was a bit nervous booking a room at this property after reading the reviews here on Trip Advisor. The staff at the hotel has improved significantly based on earlier reviews. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk help was very friendly and capable. The hotel was sold out but the clerk knew what other hotels had rooms in... more
