I only gave the property a 3-star as I don't want to set other's expectations high. I stayed in Wallace for 5 nights and I found this to be an ideal place to stay for the right price (about $57 with AAA discount). The room was very clean had working A/C and plenty of space to move about. Be warned... more

The Stardust is an older motel in downtown Wallace, hasn't been updated since the late '70's as far as can one can tell. BUT, the rates are reasonable, the location is great, and there is a great little Cafe, the Red Light Garage Cafe, that has live entertainment on the weekends right next door. The Stardust had a list of amenities on Expedia a mile long that were not true, this place has no kitchenette,refrig.microwave,Ironboard and iron,newspaper and continental breakfast.It had no onsite office, and we were told to call the office after checking the room and no one ever answred the phone.
