Great staff that were very attentive to our needs. We were there for a short weekend and needed to stay on the south side with easy access to MDW. Front desk staff were very attentive when checking in. Remodeled front lobby. Great corner room suite with lots of room.

very easy stay, nice staff, very helpfull and great place to stay we needed help with directions and "forgotten items" and they were more than accomodating I would stay here next time we are in town great location and the shuttle to the airport and train was fabulous

The staff was very kind and helpful, also the room was nice and clean with clean sheets and comforters. Big screen television and nice bathroom. Great location, next to airport, and the breakfast was good for on the go.
