The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the room to see how fresh and clean it was. There was a safe in the room, wooden hangers that actually come off the rack, a full size ironing board and an iron I wish I had at home, a microfridge... more

We decided to stay in the Ramada Limited as the price truly beats all other Bolingbrook hotels in the area. That was a positive for us. The hotel clerk was nice and friendly. Then we had the "privilege" of meeting Mr. Cline (the hotel manager) the next day. We were in town visiting some friends and invited their children to... more

I will never again stay at the Ramada Limited of Bolingbrook , Illinois because of the unprofessional service I had received from a Mr. Kline. He is very arrogant and talked down to me and my husband as if we were children. Never , Never again will I support that hotel as long as he is manager there. more

Although this hotel was scary from the outside (next door to a truck stop, next to a freeway exit, across from a car dealership), it is actually very clean and well taken-care-of.
