We had 20 rooms book at the Lees..The staff was very courtious and the breakfast bar was great. The rooms you can see were things are being updated here and there so i do give them props for that. The landscaping is beautifully done. I would stay here again. more

We stayed in The Presidential Suite and found that it wasn't as great as it sounded online. The VCR was nowhere to be found and niether was the glamourous his and hers vanity/bath area. The toilet was a VERY low to the floor low flow type that needed the handle held down until the entire flush cycle was completed. It... more

We stayed at Lee's Inn for one night after bidding on the "name your own price" feature on Priceline. Beware if you are going to use a discount online booking service in Bourbonnais, because you will probably get this hotel and, upon checking in, I happened to see a sign posted at the front desk stating that anyone using Priceline,... more

I stayed 2 nights here last January while attending a music competition. The front desk clerk(s) were less than helpful--they seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. Requested an extra pillow and more towels--front desk clerk said "none available". Asked the next morning for one from the housekeeping staff and got it right away (the staff said the front... more

We stayed at this hotel two days while attending a family wedding. Oue advice is to choose another hotel! There are several in that area. If we had not paid for this hotel ahead of time through a popular website we would have gone elsewhere. The hotel room was disgustingly dirty! Soiled carpets, hair on towels, stained furniture, stained bedspreads,... more

We have stayed at the Lees Inn several times a year and always liked it. However a new ownership group has bought it and we will no longer be staying there. The lady at the front desk is lazy and rude. They force you to sign agreements allowing them to charge you for a lost key and have you arrested... more

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time the experience is a little less enjoyable. This last visit might be our last. Upon our arrival we waited several minutes for someone to showup at the desk. Finally a tattoed guy with holes in his earlobes the size of quarters helped us. Check in went smooth and we noticed... more

What a nightmare of a hotel!! I wouldn't stay here again if it was for free! We had a contract for a block of rooms for two nights (Fri & Sat). Early Saturday morn our group went to check out and we were told that the Sat rooms were not cancellable. We could not speak to a manager because they... more

I booked this hotel for a youth sports team, only because other area hotels did not have a large enough block of rooms available. Administrative Problems - One person from our group called and cancelled one of the two nights of their stay. When they arrived to check in, they were told no records existed, and they had to stay... more

CAUTION-THINK TWICE BEFORE STAYING HERE! My husband, two kids, and myself reserved two rooms. One for us, the other for my husband's nephew and his siblings. We reserved the rooms mainly for the kids to go swimming and have some fun in the pool. Well, after paying for our room with cash, got our room keys, and unloaded all of our belongings,it wasn't long and... more
