Clean rooms, quiet, safe, good restaurant, friendly staff and plenty of free parking. A little pricey for the burbs though... I was able to negotiate a little on the rate. Close to some boutique shops with a mile.

“Great meeting place”

Beds are comfy, lots of rooms for meetings and food close by. Very nice place to stay. Only drawback is that the internet is $13/day. I get free wireless at hotels/motels that are a lot less expensive and not nearly as nice as this.

Needed a hotel close to son's new home for weekend visit. Found this Marriott to be as expected. Slightly tired, hole in couch, holes in blankets and no fan in bathroom. Overall rated as 3.5. Did not eat breakfast as line too long. Fairly good coffee.
