I always stay at the Palmer House when I attend the Midwest Clinic every December! A great hotel with an old world charm. Miller's Pub is right next door, Chicago Symphony, world class museums, and many high end restaurants close by. Great place to stay when exploring Chicago. Recommended!

Beautiful lobby, restaurants, & bar area. Ballrooms are wonderful too. Rooms are bit small for price, but otherwise can't say I had any issues. Very old world classy feel. Good location, near theatre district and shopping too. Lodgewood restaurant served bit pricey but really good food. Several near by or in hotel other options too

The Palmer is one of the classic hotels from the glory days of the grand hotels. The lobby is awesome as is the Empire Room just off the lobby.
