Nicely located, very nice restaurant. Poor housekeeping service (mold in the trashcan and on the floor, coffee machine dirty on check-inn, bathrobe dirty and never changed. First time staying in Chicago and very pleased with this hotel. I booked a suite, which was very large. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, maybe a little bit of a walk to downtown attractions and restaurants, but not bad. The food at the restaurants here was very good and overall, a pleasant experience. More
