Our experience with Hotel Cass was a mixed bag. The staff is either friendly or overly rude depending on who you speak with. Easy to get around Chicago from here, close to the L, lots of restaurants/Bars. Can walk to Michigan Ave/Navy Pier/etc. L to ballparks. Staff very helpful, TV in room limited (some channels not available/could never access pay channels). Room is small but okay considering you are out in Chicago most of the time. more
