This guesthouse is gorgeous! The front dining room has windows on three sides and is so sunny and pretty -- a really great place to hang out. Everything is exquisite and better than most downtown hotels....the kitchen and two bathrooms are very luxurious. This was the perfect place to stay for us and so convenient. We had easy access to shopping and great eating places as well as the accommadations made it easy to just hang out and enjoy being together. It was affordable and relaxing. Just a great deal for the money. more

We used this location for a family wedding and needed extra rooms for extended family. It was absolutely perfect. The furnishings were trendy, the backkyard was great for entertaining, and the location provided great shopping, great places to eat, and easy access to downtown Chicago. This is a great place. Beautiful condo style rental. Stainless appliances, granite counter tops. Bathrooms are beautiful. The neighborhood is fantastic with all different types of foods within walking distance. This is so much better than a hotel and so much more neighborhood chicago feel than the tourist feel you get when you stay downtown. Don't skip this one. more
